Each of these categories is quoted case by case. State the category in your enquiry and the cargo desk replies in writing.
Perishables
Time and temperature sensitive shipments. State the commodity, the required handling and the window it must move in.
Pharmaceuticals
State the temperature range, the packaging and any documentation travelling with the shipment.
Dangerous goods
State the UN number, the class and the packing group in your enquiry.
Live animals
State the species, the numbers and the crates.
Humanitarian and relief
We have flown relief cargo since the Air West years. State the programme, the destination and the timeline.
