Your ticket
A ticket is valid only for the passenger named on it and the journey shown on it. It cannot be transferred to another person.
International journeys
Liability on international carriage is governed by the international conventions that apply to your route, including the Montreal Convention 1999 where it applies.
Changes and refunds
Change and refund rules depend on the fare purchased. The reservations desk confirms them in writing before you buy.
Baggage
Baggage allowances and charges are confirmed at booking and printed on your confirmation.
Check-in and boarding
Check-in closes before departure. The desk states the closing time when you book.
Refusal of carriage
The airline may refuse carriage where the law or the conditions of the ticket require it.
